Hurricane Season Fizzles

A great thing for two reasons. One is the obvious, a lack of destructive storms. The other being a temporary reprieve from the "global warming" alarmists. Of course, they will try to spin the downgrade and blame it on El Niño--itself a product of "global warming", all the while ignoring that El Niño's cyclical pattern over the past few centuries, periods clearly outside the "hockey stick" era.
